The home was a nice size. Provided plenty of room for my family, and the efficiency above the garage was a great addition. The grandkids LOVED the pool. We had a few issues, but the customer service line was very responsive and resolved the issues in a timely manner. The only con was that the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, seems like for a while, and had the downstairs area smelling when you walked in. It was very close to the boardwalk and in close proximity to Coastal Hwy.
