Find an incredible space for entertaining at this modern, three-bedroom home in Rehoboth, where you'll have a private pool, hot tub, an expansive deck and patio, and a fantastic barn in the backyard with climate-controlled heating & cooling, two TVs, its own kitchenette and a full bath. There's also plentiful seating for big games and special events. This lovely house is a great escape for beach-goers, as it sits only one mile from Rehoboth's boardwalk and beach. You'll find dining, shopping, and fun for all ages - from Jungle Jim's and Funland to serene state parks - in every direction. As you enter this two-story home, you'll be greeted by an elegant coastal aesthetic with contemporary furnishings and abundant natural light throughout. There's a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area with a eight-person table, a breakfast bar for four, and a smart TV (one of seven) for your enjoyment. Down the hall is a window-lined living room/sunroom with another TV and a comfortable sectional. But perhaps the heart of this home lies in the beautiful outdoor space. The enclosed backyard is home to the large pool, deck and hot tub -- ample space for barbecues and corn hole tournaments, and the pool barn for entertaining. Take a relaxing dip in the 33x13 heated, saltwater pool which includes a water feature, large tanning ledge and bench running the length of the pool. Newly upgraded, the pool barn features a full bathroom, changing area with extra storage, a washer/dryer, a Peloton, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Additional features of the house include an outdoor shower, a washer/dryer, and central AC to welcome you back from the beach each day, as well as smart TVs in all of the bedrooms. There are 3 designated parking spots (2 parking pads). The pool is open from April 1st through September 15th, and the hot tub is open year-round. Pool heat is an optional amenity for an additional fee and can be added to a reservation for $125/day and must be purchased for the duration of the stay. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property has cable in the living room/sunroom only. All other TVs are for streaming only with guests' own accounts. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Home is beautifully decorated, modern and very clean with a couple minor hiccups. Trashcans hadn't been fully emptied and one of the 5 beds didn't get new sheets; clean sheets were available in the closet, so no big deal. Amenities in the house were greatly appreciated we just had to show up; dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, tp, pt, dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. all provided. The house was also in a great location for our family. The beach is a about a mile away. There are sidewalks, so it is easily walkable, but we chose to drive. Parking at the beach was easy even on Saturday. There's a resident parking pass available for renters or you can use the metered parking. There's a great breakfast/lunch spot, Crystal Restaurant, around the corner from this house. Only a 5 min neighborhood walk, go Wahington to Atlantic. We also tried Pasqualini's Bakery located behind Crystal Restaurant on Atlantic, their peach pie was delicious! We would definitely stay here again! ##### Carrie P. It has just been redone and all of the decor is very cute! Beds were super comfortable. Great location to downtown Rehoboth and all of the shops and dining. You can walk or drive. The beach pass was such a nice treat, we didn't know the house came with it and it made parking at the quiet beaches SO easy! The hot tub on the deck was great to use after a long day at the beach, too! The house comes with so many fun amenities such as a fire pit, grill, and hot tub etc. but it would be nice for the owner to leave an instructions sheet in the house as the fire pit never turned on., we had to text the property manager how to use the hot tub, etc. The house also doesn't come fully stocked (only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the whole 6 days of our stay) so we had to buy our own as well as trash bags etc. Would recommend the host provide more household items. There were chicken wings and trash from the former guests left in the party barn when we got there so we would recommend the cleaning team check that space as well. Finally, dishes were put back dirty in the cabinets for us to use so would recommend a better system. Lastly, the wifi password and username did not actually match what was listed on the TVs so would be helpful to explain that to guests. A few kinks for this new rental to work out, but overall we LOVED our stay and would definitely consider coming back! ##### Samuel M.
