Inside, you’ll find an open space, featuring hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and a floor plan designed for spending time together. Step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your culinary creations at the large, window-front dining table or breakfast bar. Even better, dine alfresco on the patio, enjoying the private tree-lined yard and patio bird feeders.

After a day on the beach, come home to cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Stream the latest release on any of three TVs or catch up on any remote work at the dedicated desk area with the help of the free high-speed WiFi. Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
