It is not a four bedroom house. What they call a "bedroom" is really a walk through area with a bed in it. You must walk through this "bedroom" to get to the bathroom and then through the bathroom to get to the king bedroom. Most of the bedrooms are connected to shared bathrooms with sliding doors that DO NOT LOCK.The front bedroom does not cool off.One of the queen beds listed is a SOFA BED, not a real bed.We contacted the repair man when we arrived. He fixed a leak in the bathroom by shutting off the fan in the bathroom and telling us not to use the fan. He said he could not fix any of the locks or the air in the front bedroom because that would require approval from the owners.I contacted VRBO and the host about these issues and there was no recourse.If you want a three bedroom house with bathrooms doors that dont lock, a few number of beds than what they have listed, then this house will be fine. It is poorly designed, but clean and new.Also, the living room is on the second floor, not the first floor. The main deck leading down to the beach is off of a bedroom, not the living room.
