Coastal Beach Retreat: 🏊 Pool 🏖️ Near Beach 🛍️Shopping Washer/Dryer WiFi

Welcome to The Palms, your serene beach getaway for 2024! This spacious end-unit 3BR/2BA condo boasts a tranquil lagoon and community pool views. With comfortable memory foam mattresses, the master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV (bring your logins for your favorite steaming platforms), dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. And, updated patio furniture to comfortably enjoy your afternoon Spritz!

Prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and enjoy dining in the separate dining area for 6 or on the screened-in porch with seating for 4. Relax in the living area with a couch, loveseat, and chair, with a 55" flat screen Smart TV.

Longer-term stays are considered during the months of October - April. Inquire for pricing.

The Palms is conveniently located near Delaware beaches, offering easy access to tax-free shopping at Tanger Outlets and great restaurants. It's also just a short drive or bike ride to the beach.

Please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Fireplace is not operational, decorative only. Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. As our guest, you'll receive one pool pass for use of the community pool. The condo complex enforces a noise ordinance with quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. Third-party bookings are accepted, the primary renter must be present during the entire stay. Come and experience a memorable beach vacation at The Palms!

Girls' Weekend Shopping Trip
The place was a great location for shopping at the outlets and convenient to downtown Rehoboth. Very clean and cozy. Although we didn't spend a ton of time in the rental it was nice to come back and relax before heading out to dinner and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. Great communication and response from the host. Would recommend for a stay in the off season. Reasonably priced, well appointed, it was the perfect spot for a girls trip. Rehoboth was busy with a marathon and Santa Stroll going on downtown. It was so festive and fun!

The location is great. It was very nice to have room darkening shades, a sleep sound machine, and power usb strip in every bedroom. The mattresses and pillows were very comfy too. Pool was nice. I would def stay here again.

Had a great stay here with family and friends. Very clean, well decorated and plenty of supplies like beach chairs and kitchen tools. Loved the screened in outdoor seating area. Great location near the outlets, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This immaculate unit is well-located and includes many amenities! We had an awesome stay and enjoyed the screened in balcony, the pristine pool, and the very comfortable living areas of the unit itself.

Great property!
