Newly constructed end unit townhome abutting Lewes' finest par three golf course. Tastefully and beautifully appointed, this lovely 3-story rental home offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom! It offers open living on the 1st floor with a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and very comfortable living area as well as a powder room. There is also a screened porch offering gorgeous views of the golf course. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor with the master bedroom located on the third floor. Heritage Village offers a community pool and is steps away from the outlets and loads of shopping. It is conveniently located just off of Route 1 with easy access to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach and only 5 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park. The community of Heritage Village is restricted to a minimum of 7 days per rental. This home is also available as a short term rental through the off-season. Lewes Beach Vacation Rentals Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee.
