OVERVIEW: Recently renovated, this property offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps ten. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are open, perfect for entertaining. Visit your neighbors on the shared rooftop deck, where you have panoramic city views and share the day's adventures! You can also rent the upstairs home and bring 20 people to this property. A memorable family reunion location! A perfect vacation or getaway! LOCATION: Located just steps from the area's finest restaurants, great shopping, and our famous boardwalk and beach, you can park your car and walk to everything Rehoboth offers! PARKING: Private driveway for two cars. Shared driveway with unit B. AMENITIES: Central AC, washer, dryer, front porch, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, and electronic keypad for easy check-in and check-out. THINGS TO KNOW: One dog is permitted with a pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. This large home is split into two units (lower level and 2nd level). The rooftop deck, washer, dryer, and outdoor showers are shared in all common areas. Damage waiver: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location with a short walk to beach and main drag of Rehoboth. We were able to hear our upstairs neighbors a little, mainly when they're Roomba going during the day while they were out, sounded like a distant constant thunder. The street noise was noticable mainly during the weekends because the street was a well traveled one. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly want. I'm in love with the Cutco knife block set!!! Everything was clean and beds were comfy enough. The porch was a favorite place for evening breezes and people watching. Only room for 5 people max in living room but kitchen table was big and beautiful! Great for card games etc. Grill was much appreciated and clean/ easy to use. ##### Alison B.
