Newly constructed and beautifully furnished with modern, up-to-date décor, the condo provides a quiet escape while still being close enough to walk or bike into Rehoboth for restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and the beach, with the tax-free Tanger Outlets just minutes away. Inside, the condo is gorgeous, airy, and impeccably clean, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The large primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bath, while the open-concept living and kitchen area is ideal for gathering and entertaining. You'll enjoy upgraded appliances, granite countertops, an island with extra seating, and lovely rear patio views, along with SMART TVs in every bedroom and the living room for easy downtime after a day out. Community amenities round out the experience with resort-style grounds that include two pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, a small fitness center, and scenic walking trails. The location is great and walkable to town.
