OVERVIEW: Come and stay in this beautiful Rehoboth Beach townhouse in the Keys of Marsh Harbor development. Bring your bikes and ride the Junction and Breakwater trail just across the street, so there is no need to load up the bikes to get to the trailhead. The trail is a beautiful and leisurely ride into Lewes, where you can take a break and enjoy a bite at one of the great restaurants before riding back. This end-unit townhouse features an open floor plan, which is great for entertaining. Sit down and relax after a great day on the beach and enjoy a meal at the dining room table. Bar seating is also available. Enjoy the quiet of early mornings on the screened porch. Take advantage of the grill in the evenings for outdoor cooking and dining. The well-appointed kitchen is also at your disposal for all your cooking needs. Resort amenities include tennis courts and an outdoor pool.   
LOCATION: Be in the center of everything - best seafood restaurants, Jungle Jim's water park and mini golf, grocery stores, Tanger Outlets, downtown Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, etc. The townhouse is in a private community featuring a pool, a tennis court, and an extensive network of sidewalks to stroll around. Enjoy this hidden gem in a quiet, private neighborhood about one mile to the beach/boardwalk, yet centered in the heart of Rehoboth. Located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, this property offers a tranquil setting along with convenience to everything, including a robust number of fabulous restaurants, Tanger Outlets, bike trails adjacent to Route 1, Jungle Jim's Water Park (seasonal) and the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) to avoid local traffic and parking meters. A short drive takes you to the Lewes/Cape May Ferry, nearby Cape Henlopen State Park, and a fishing pier.  
PARKING: Off-street parking for two vehicles and overflow are available throughout the community.  
AMENITIES: Community tennis courts and outdoor pool. Washer, dryer, central AC, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and lovely screened-in porch.  
THINGS TO KNOW: The garage is not accessible. Linens are not provided. However, we have a rental package available for guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was beautiful and centrally located close to the bus stop. The neighborhood was quiet and the proximity of the pool couldn’t have been better! There was plenty of space for our family of 8 and the decor was very peaceful! There were a few things we noted that would be beneficial to address:The door in the main floor shower had a broken handle on the inside which was definitely a safety concern for little ones.The door to the pantry also kept coming off the track. The cleaners left undergarments in the main bedroom drawer that I would assume were from previous guests. In the bedroom with the two bunk beds, the bed on the left side of the room was terribly squeaky. Every little movement you made could be heard throughout the house. Lastly, many of the blinds were unable to be opened which we would have liked to get more natural sunlight. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future!
