Recently Renovated! This spacious, two-level 3,000 sq ft vacation home is located in the pristine Sanibel Village community. With elevator access and 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. The screened porch off the living room allows you to kick back, relax and enjoy the hidden charm viewing the sunset and pond views. Or stroll upstairs to the large sun deck that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, catching rays, or an evening cocktail under the stars. The kitchen features slate countertops and open design to provide easy access to the dining room and living room. The first floor laundry room includes space to store beach chairs, coolers, and other beach necessities. The second floor features a spacious owner's suite with a full bath and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, and pond front balcony. Sanibel Village is part of the Eagles Landing Community, which offers access to 3 pools and 2 tennis courts. Just a short walk or bike ride to all the shops, dining, and beaches of downtown Rehoboth Beach.
