OVERVIEW: Sunny Southern exposure with covered front porch and rear patio for grilling, with an outdoor shower. The 1st floor features an open floor plan with living and dining areas towards the front, a beautiful kitchen and family room to the rear, a pantry, a full bathroom, and laundry too! The kitchen has been remodeled with cabinetry, granite counters, stone backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances in November 2018, and flooring. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, 2 & 3 bedrooms, and a 3rd bathroom. Outdoor shower, off-street parking for two cars, grill, and sleeps six comfortably. This prime location is only steps from the beach, boardwalk, and downtown Rehoboth Beach! LOCATION: Downtown Rehoboth Beach, just one block from the boardwalk and beach! PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars. AMENITIES: An outdoor shower, gas grill, washer, dryer, and electronic keypad system allow for easy check-in and check-out. THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Kitchen is fully stocked, the outdoor shower was great for washing off sand, and the house was comfortable and quiet. The house was great, from the updated appliances, to the comfy beds and ample furniture. This fit the bill and had all bedrooms on the same floor which is important to me. House was well stocked for cooking indoors and out. Small bathrooms. Property was clean except for black/green goop that was hanging from the shower head in master BR. Also the shower layout in a couple of the bathrooms is poor. Location is terrific - close to town, beach, boardwalk. Property came with two Rehoboth parking passes but we never needed them because we walked everywhere. We had a great time. Beware there is no toilet paper or paper products of any kind when you arrive so bring your own. Also no linens - you can rent from the very corporate property management company. ##### Greg L.
