An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience. The first floor features an open floor plan with living and dining areas at the front of the home and a beautiful kitchen and family room at the rear. This level includes a pantry, a full bathroom, and a laundry area. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinetry, granite counters, a stone backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and updated flooring. The second floor includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms and a third full bathroom. The home offers off-street parking for two cars, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and comfortable sleeping space for six guests. This prime location is only steps from the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown Rehoboth Beach. Location: Downtown Rehoboth Beach, one block from the boardwalk and beach. Parking: Off-street parking for two cars. Amenities: Outdoor shower, gas grill, washer and dryer, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. Small bathrooms. Property was clean except for black/green goop that was hanging from the shower head in master BR. Also the shower layout in a couple of the bathrooms is poor. Location is terrific - close to town, beach, boardwalk. Property came with two Rehoboth parking passes but we never needed them because we walked everywhere. We had a great time. Beware there is no toilet paper or paper products of any kind when you arrive so bring your own. Also no linens - you can rent from the very corporate property management company. ##### Greg L.
