Condo was fully equipped and even had everything needed for your beach experience -- chairs, umbrellas and more. Highly recommend. Also, the bike trail was very convenient as well as easy access to Coastal Hwy. We had three adult children with us and there was plenty of room to sleep and hang out. There is a nice little deck with a few chairs. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked most nights. We appreciated that the condo had laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap , garbage bags - all the kind of stuff that you need but you don't necessarily want to pack. I booked mid March for an early August stay. The property appeared to have changed rental companies 3 times during those 4 months so that I was offered 3 different sets of insurance, forced to read the legalize of 3 different renters agreements and make my payments to multiple companies- each with their own set of fees. The check in and check out times changed with each company. From the minute I booked with VRBO I could never go to that site for any property details. It felt a little like a “bait and switch “ situation. It was frustrating. In the end, it all worked out, but it was not a typical easy, user-friendly VRBO booking. Why even allow a property to be listed on VRBO if you are not able to allow access to property details?
