Welcome to our Classic Rehoboth Cottage, just 1.5 blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk! Walk to restaurants, downtown shops and a playground, Outlets are nearby, a short drive away.

Our charming vacation spot offers clean, comfortable and attractive accommodations. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, a queen sleeper sofa in the first-floor bonus room with attached full bath. Most guests love sitting on the large, screened porch for morning coffee as well as in the evening for dinner and conversation.

New for 2025, a full upstairs bathroom refresh. The kitchen boasts a new appliances and accessories to make your stay more enjoyable.

Relax in our backyard, with a picnic table and an ample supply of lightning bugs for that perfect summer glow. After a day at the beach, rinse off in our fully enclosed outdoor shower, available from late spring to fall. Our fenced backyard is a popular safe haven for families with young children.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our cleaning staff ensures everything is perfect for your 4 P.M. check-in. If anything falls short, let us know immediately so we can make it right.

Please be mindful of our residential neighborhood, keeping noise levels down to respect our year-round neighbors.

Guests provide linens (sheets, towels and blankets), but rental options are available through Coastal Beach Services at 302 260-7021. Because of cleaning schedules, early check-in and late checkout are unavailable. Please dispose of trash and leave keys and parking permit (if arrangements are made to have one) by the door to avoid replacement charges. No pets (severe allergies), primary renters under 30 years of age or party groups are allowed.

The house was comfortable and met our needs for a short and relaxing beach stay. The porch was wonderful — spacious with plenty of room to unwind or enjoy a meal outdoors. We also appreciated the easy walk to the ocean. My 86-year-old father even made the trip to and from the beach several times, and having a foldout bed near the downstairs bathroom worked out perfectly for him.

The house was very comfortable for my family of 5 and we easily were able to accommodate 2 unexpected family members for 1 night of our stay. My family of four had our second fabulous stay at Cindy's property and loved it just as much as last year. We brought our own sheets, blankets, and towels. The house was equipped with beach chairs, hangers, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, and much more. The kitchen utensils and cookware are excellent - we made several of our own dinners at home. Two of the items we noticed were available last year (dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent) must have been left by other guests, as we needed our own this year, which we had planned for anyway, so it worked out perfectly. The TV has a Roku you can use to sign into your own accounts. The washer and dryer are convenient and top notch. We loved the screened-in porch for breakfast and hanging out during a couple days of wind and rain from a hurricane off the coast - the house was perfect for those non-beach days. Checkin was easy, and Cindy was responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again next year!

A very clean property. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Could use a pair of tongs. Appliances were wonderful. Nice to have a washer and dryer on premises.Bathrooms were clean and upstairs bath was fully renovated. My husband especially like the outdoor shower. Plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Because of the hot and humid weather, we had to run the individual AC units all night to keep the bedroom temperature cool - we used the quiet mode which helped cut down on the noise of the unit.The screened porch was a huge plus! We ate our meals there on the picnic table and relaxed in the evening playing games and reading.The location to the boardwalk and ability to walk everywhere was a bonus. We hardly drove at all during our week's stay.This was the perfect beach house for our family of four and we highly recommend it!

Awesome Family Vacation

If you are looking for a summer getaway we highly recommend this location! We had grandparents all the way down to a 2 year old and the walk to the beach and boardwalk were easy for all. The beach area is away from the crowds as well so you get a wonderful quiet experience. We had plenty of space to spread out when needed and there was plenty of hot water for back to back showers. We loved eating out in the sun room together. Thanks, Cindy for being a part of our family memories!

Cottage near the shore

This is our second stay and we love this charming cottage so much. This place is a cottage with big old trees and the most amazing screened in porch but it's close enough to the beach (two short blocks) that you can go and watch the sunrise at the beach with a cup of coffee. The place is clean, cozy and family friendly. The communication is great. It's like two amazing vacations together.

Perfect location and charming

Fantastic beach rental

The rental exceeded our expectations. Leading up to booking, Cindy was responsive and made the booking process easy. The house was very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms and communal areas for our family of four, and had everything we needed for the week (kitchen items, dish soap, and even beach chairs, paper towels, and toilet paper!). The house was a convenient walk to the beach and the main retail area, at a relatively quiet beach access point compared to many. Washer and dryer were new and fast, and we appreciated having a dishwasher. The screened-in porch and backyard were excellent. Instructions for trash, recycling, water, lights, and more were very clear without overloading us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return! Thank you Cindy!

The house was very close to the beach and Funland/ice cream/restaurants. They had beach chairs to use, which is always a plus! We enjoyed the screened porch and the kids liked having a backyard to play in. (A fire pit would be awesome, just a suggestion!). . The beds were comfortable and kitchen adequate (note, bring your own spices, etc). Plenty of pans/pots/kitchen tools for me to cook up several meals. Cindy was communicative and checked in with us. Charming cottage

This cozy cottage is in charming South Rehoboth and just a block and a half from the beach, plus easy walks to Silver Lake, Turtle Foot Bridge, and downtown Rehoboth. The house is on a quiet residential street. Bedrooms were comfortable. We were four for a three-night stay and especially enjoyed the living room and spacious screened-in porch, plus the bonus room off the kitchen. Cindy, our host, was attentive. We loved our stay!

Lovely, cozy cottage

This lovely property in Rehoboth is perfect for a get away. The owner was incredibly responsive to all my questions. Even on a cloudy weekend the screened in porch provided a way to be outside while staying dry. Quick walk to beach, easy to get to town and a quiet neighborhood. Definitely a keeper!!!
