Obviously recently redone, beautiful finishes, comfortable beds and very clean. A/C, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc all worked great. Exterior stairs lead up to the apartment. They weren't too bad, but certainly something for folks with any sort of accessibility issues to be aware of. We had a few surprises, one of the beds listed as a double was a queen and because we had to bring our own linens that caused a bit of a hiccup. Our teen just slept on a flat sheet and survived. There was also no toaster or corkscrew in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was great though. She apologized for the confusion on the bed size and appreciated the notification so the listing can be updated.
