Description: Beautifully furnished 4 \*\*\*\* star holiday home with its own plot in an idyllic location in a cul de sac in Rehburg town.  
  
Location: quiet location. 5 km to Mardorf to the Steinhuder Meer. Conveniently located to the Loccum monastery, bathing facilities in Bad Rehburg, Dinopark Münchehagen, bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Shops are within walking distance. Bakery, petrol station, various local banks. Versatile gastronomy. Cycle tours to the Steinhuder Meer. In two minutes by bike in the nature reserve "Meerbruchswiesen".  
  
Equipment: modern, cozy equipment, shower bath with hair dryer, bed linen, towels and tea towels included, high-quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, waffle iron, satellite / TV, radio CD / DVD / USB, internet / WiFi, covered terrace with seating area, loungers, parasol and grill, bicycle parking space, parking lot directly at the house.  
  
  
The place: The city of Rehburg-Loccum consists of the districts of Rehburg, Loccum, Münchehagen, Winzlar and Bad Rehburg. It has good transport links towards Nienburg, Wunstorf and Neustadt am Rübenberge. In these places there are train stations from which S-Bahn trains and trains in the direction of Hanover, Bremen etc. ....................  
  
Rehburg has a well-developed infrastructure: there are several bus routes, a petrol station and taxi companies. Various shops, several hairdressers, doctors and veterinarians as well as an extensive gastronomy. The entire city center and the shopping markets are easily accessible on foot. For those who like to go for long walks, nature is right outside the door .......................  
  
The neighboring towns - which are in the near distance - have different destinations or Attractions to offer: In the village of Loccum is the monastery complex, which celebrated its 850th anniversary in 2013. In Bad Rehburg there is the beautiful royal bathing complex, which was visited regularly by the Hanoverian royal family as a health resort in earlier times. In Münchehagen, the dinosaur park invites you to get to know the prehistoric animals better. In Winzlar there is the ecological protection station Steinhuder Meer (ÖSSM) .......................  
  
Nature: Rehburg-Loccum is located directly adjacent to the Steinhuder Meer nature reserve. Incidentally, the largest inland lake in Lower Saxony. There is a lot to discover and marvel at here. Everyone will certainly get their money's worth here. Kilometers of bike paths with signposted bike routes in and around the nature reserve as well as spacious hiking trails invite you to enjoy wonderful excursions. If you like water sports, the Steinhuder Meer is just right for you: sailing, surfing or a boat trip to Wilhelmstein Island offer good opportunities to enjoy your free time and relax ............... .........  
  
The ecological protection station in Winzlar provides information about the formation of the Steinhuder Meer as well as about the wild animals living there. Water buffalos and wild geese on the moor meadows or the rare eagle - which has settled on the Steinhuder Meer - testify to an intact biological system. As a counterpart, there is the butterfly station in Steinhude; a facility where rare species of butterflies can be admired. In autumn, when there is a lot of rain, the moor meadows change into the floating meadows. A natural landscape that has its own special charm. For the hikers, we have the Rehburg Mountains, which, thanks to their natural state, invite you to enjoy beautiful hikes ......................
