It features an attractive 35m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 5,000m² garden. Wifi, linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises First floor \- 35m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, fireplace (wood not supplied) \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4 hotplates... \- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 2: bunk bed \- Bedroom 3: on the mezzanine, you'll find two single beds with a connecting room to a double bed (140x190). \- Shower room \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- A large 5,000 m² garden of olive and oak trees filled with wild thyme, with a 70 m² south-facing terrace, and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Direct access to the forest and views over the surrounding fields. The house is ideally located in Régusse, in a very quiet environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby. Activities : \- In Régusse itself, a charming village center and lovely mills to visit. A very active village in summer, with a twice-daily market, guided tours, open-air cinema and a municipal swimming pool. A pétanque court, 3 tennis courts, a soccer pitch, a skate park, a play area and an open-air fitness area. \- In Aups, the nearest village, you'll find, in addition to a charming Provencal village to visit, the truffle house, a local olive oil mill, a large market twice a week and plenty of good restaurants. \- Many Provencal villages to visit in the region (Villecroze, Tourtour, Cotignac, Aiguines). \- Several lakes within a 20-30 minute drive (Saitne-Croix, Quinson). \- A very sporty region with hiking and mountain-biking trails for all levels, climbing spots, canyoning, water trekking, kayaking & pedal-boating. Transportation: It's essential to have a car in the region. You can park directly in the house's private (sloping) parking lot, free of charge. 4 spaces are available. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: \- Les Arcs-Draguignan railway station is about 55 minutes away by car (48km), and Hyères about 1h25 away by car (102km). \- Nearest airport is Toulon-Hyères, about 1h30 away by car (105km). Other remarks : \- The stairs to the mezzanine are steep. \- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Another table is in the garden in the shade under the trees. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. The house is big even for a group. A shop (SuperU) is 2 minutes by car, a bakery in the center of the village (3 minutes by car). Natural attractions, lake, canyon, lavender fields - approximately 30 minutes drive (sometimes closer, depending on where you go). The host welcomed us at the agreed time, showed us everything. We left very early in the morning - the host arrived already at 4:30 in the morning - thank you. We traveled with a dog - walks are possible right outside the house. De olijfgaard en het achterliggende bos geeft je het gevoel midden in de natuur te zitten. Das Haus unterscheidet sich von anderen Unterkünften, da die Ankunftszeit unbedingt im Voraus angegeben werden muss, da ein 6-seitiges Übergabeprotokoll vor Ort ausgefüllt und unterschrieben werden muss. Das macht den Check-in und Check-out unflexibel. Beim Check-out mussten wir nachts abreisen und der Hausmeister kam um 3 Uhr morgens vorbei, um das Protokoll auszufüllen. Trotz 150€ Reinigungsgebühr mussten wir den Müll selbst entsorgen, die Bettbezüge abziehen und das Haus reinigen, das bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber war. Für den Preis nicht lohnenswert. Die Anfahrt nach Régusse erfordert Geduld, da die Wege viele scharfe Kurven haben. Wir und die Kinder litten unter Mückenstichen, was in der Gegend wohl normal ist. Das Haus ist nicht modern und benötigt Wartungs- und Renovierungsarbeiten. Unsere Kinder haben die Gegend mit Hautausschlägen verlassen.
