La Consuma is a beautiful, great Historic villa nestled in the very centre of San Giovanni d'Asso (City of Montalcino).A warm, comfortable family house where families and group of friends can collect unforgettable memories. In the garden ,a fenced private pool (12x6) overlooks the sweet rolling Tuscan hills.
The house is very private and hidden at the sight even if shops and restaurants are a few steps away. The small village is furnished with all basics ; grocery store, bar cafeteria, bank, post office, chemist's ,butcher's, two restaurants. San Giovanni d' Asso is strategically positioned in a fascinating area between Siena and Val d' Orcia, both listed in the Unesco World Heritage List.
It is a perfect starting point to explore the beautiful towns and cities of this part of Tuscany : Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Siena.... but this is just a short list! Car is essential. It is an area beloved by riders for the astonishing views and variety of cycle routes.
Villa La Consuma is spread on various levels : 4 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedded rooms (in two of them beds can be joined upon request), 7 complete bathrooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 sitting rooms, a fully equipped AC kitchen, a large sunny terrace. The villa, historic house, is wide, beautiful, elegantly furnished and can comfortably hold a party of 14 (4 children included).2 baby cots and high chairs are at disposal of the smaller ones.
Wi Fi, satellite TV, central heating, fireplace (wood is provided at a little cost) air conditioning at the mezzanine and first floor ( included in the rental rate from June to mid September) ceiling fans at the ground floor, baby cots and high chairs, daily maid service , daily pool maintenance, private parking.
In the garden there is a gate that can connects this property to another smaller house Casa La Capanna : it can hold a party of 5 adults + a child up to 12.
