The pool opens at 11 am, it was very late for early birds. They need to change opening hours to earlier time, like 7 am. We couldn’t find any trails in the forest. Hotel is really close to forest but you can not walk in there." I inform the chek-in employee that it was problem for me, they should inform their customers before check in ; he replied "I will transfer your complain to management" that's all ! Other issue was extra bed they brought to room! it was not ready when we came to room and it was the oldest and worst extra bed ever. my son couldn't sleep there and we had to share the king bed 3 of us. And when I informed them of course the answer was "we will transfer your complain to management" Again no "sorry " the only star goes to the Italian restaurant in the hotel. it was amazing! but hotel it self was not even close to 5 stars except the location and building. Spent a few nights here with two children to visit Ephesus and surrounding area. Owners were so kind and helpful, the place was spacious and beautiful, in the old part of town.
