"Calm, serene, quiet are hallmarks of the B&B. No wonder so many foreigners are buying old farm houses. The adventure is the drive down a long winding dirt road to the farm house; imagining that the road has not changed since the house was built in the 1200s. Very, very cool!"

"Stayed 4 nights in October. Easy on/off highway. Although located close to the highways, background noise is very low and did not bother a light sleeper like me. Nice, clean rooms. Bed rather comfortable and loved the shower. Breakfast buffet nicely done with your daily choice of fresh pastries. Although outside Florence, there is a bus stopping right outside the drive way every 20 minutes. Bus ride takes 20 minutes. Closest stop about 10 minute walk to Vecchio bridge. "Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and from a 3 week stay across Italy, it was the highlight of our trip. The Villa is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast is lovely and plenty of option, they’ll even make a lovely omelette if you’d like one. The pool is amazing and has views that are out of this world. Only downside is the location and having to get the bus into/out of Florence everyday but very grateful to the owner and her daughter for the lifts they gave us to...

"This place is located well in the middle of nowhere, but the road trip there is very interesting by it self. They do not have a formal reception (somewhat strange system used here - but it works). The room we got was very big, comfortable and with a lot of charm. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality."

"This is a great place to stay with multiple families. You are all together but have your own separate space and kitchen. We stayed here with family and attended our sons wedding nearby!! There is a great restaurant that we drove to not far from the Villa that I highly recommend: Osteria Del Tempo Perso - Montespertoli FI There is a Coop about 15 min drive and 25 min to downtown Florence"

"The location is really beautiful. There are constant shuttles to transport from one location to other within the property. Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."
