"The staff were great but the hotel lacks a few things. Rooms were not up to date the showers were terrible with very less water. Bugs on breakfast and in rooms at times. Swimming pool very cold and dirty you cant go in. This hotel is good fot only location close to everything. "

"Convenient if you need to go to the Ouarzazate Airport early in the morning, except breakfast does not start until 6am. So that is too late since flight departs at 7:30am. Old, tiny bathrooms. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad smell throughout premises. Maybe some candles or incense would help. "

"Breakfast and Full Board was okay - but gets very busy there was times when we couldn’t find seats or plates - but the staff helped. It’s helps having a McDonalds opposite the hotel - kids opted for that some nights. The kids club and entertainment staff was really nice - both my kids loved spending time with “Nana” The food at the pool was nice and there is a Shisha Lounge which is within the hotel which was really nice. The gym was decent managed to have x3 sessions at a cost of 100dhm We got Khadija as our housekeeper and she was really friendly helped out. "
