L'appartement sale, état quasi insalubre, matériel inexistants : micro onde ? seche cheveux ? produits hygiène. Je déconseille fortement cet hotel piscine = sale catastrophe, à fuir de toute urgence"

"The staff were great but the hotel lacks a few things. Rooms were not up to date the showers were terrible with very less water. Bugs on breakfast and in rooms at times. Swimming pool very cold and dirty you cant go in. This hotel is good fot only location close to everything. "

"Convenient if you need to go to the Ouarzazate Airport early in the morning, except breakfast does not start until 6am. So that is too late since flight departs at 7:30am. Old, tiny bathrooms. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad smell throughout premises. Maybe some candles or incense would help. "

"Big changes since last time i was here in December 2024... New pool bar, tennis courts and car park. Staff as usual fantastic... Really nice bunch and good to see familiar faces. Unfortunately just here for the one night but nice to see the changes they've made and how good it looks. Personally I'd say one of the best hotels in Agadir without the silly price tags. "

"Honestly, this isn't our usual type of hotel. We usually pick adult only 5\* with a la carte restaurants but we were more than pleasantly surprised with Palais des Roses. Hotel is in a great location towards the end of the promenade overlooking the beach. Hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. It is new but is well cared for, very clean in all public areas. Our room was great - we opted for a swim up room which I would recommend if you want sun on your room all day. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. Shower gel/shampoo replenished daily. Mini bar had water and soft drinks. Water was plentiful and replenished daily. Our soft drinks weren't replenished at all but it didn't bother us so we didn't chase it - plenty of free drinks at bars and restaurants. 2 great swimming pools and a kids slide pool. Also an indoor pool with shower area. We didn't bother with the private beach area which was just across a pedestrian promenade from the hotel. No need when the pool area had everything including pool bar and plenty of sunloungers. Beach was lovely to walk along. 4 main restaurants, all buffet but food was amazing, great variety and was slightly different every day. Our favourite was Tagine with traditional Moroccan food. Blue (fish restaurant) had to be booked but was still a buffet and great variety of fish. There were lots of couples of all ages and familes again all ages so well suited for anyone. Entertainment team were fantastic! "
