The staff were very nice and greeted us by name when we first met, that was a surprise :). I highly recommend the rooftop breakfast room, we met the most beautiful sunrise there(at 8:30am). The dinner there was also a good experience. You can also watch the fireworks from there for new year eve if you happen to be in Istanbul at that time. The chocolate at the front desk is really yummy \*\_^ The room is a little hot in the evening, I wear T shirt in the room while it is 5 degree(C) outside.
