Transparency on costs per night: apparently price on Vrbo is for 2 persons, with each additional person at 15.80USD per night on my booking. Cleanliness: Living room sofa was full of hair from a previous occupant. The bed in the childrens room had traces of confetti or sweets from a previous occupant. Communication: Nothing...

Die Lage hoch über dem Sarner See erlaubt einen ganz wunderbaren Blick ins Tal und über den See. Das Chalet selbst wurde von unserem Gastgeber zu einem sehr gemütlichen schweizer Idyll gestaltet, in dem es viel Platz gibt und alle ein Plätzchen fanden um sich zurückzuziehen, wenn es mal zuviel wurde (Teenager-gerecht). "Ein wunderbares Haus. Direkt an den Gleisen und für Bahnfans ein absolutes Muss! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung. Ein Wohlfühlort. Einen Pluspunkt gibt es auch, weil es in unmittelbarer Nähe einen festen Parkplatz zum Haus gibt. Das erleichtert vieles. Wenn wir wieder in die Nähe reisen, buchen wir ganz sicher wieder das Haus - soweit das frei sein sollte. 10 Sterne!"

"Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein kleines, feines Haus, super ausgestattet, sauber und neu renoviert. Der Ort und die Umgebung ist super für Familien geeignet. Der Spielplatz im Ort (mit Pumptrack) ist sehr schön. Zu empfehlen ist auch der KugelWaldPfad und das Wildgehege in Waldshut."

"The house was in a beautiful location overlooking much of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains. It was a luxury stay on 3 levels with a sauna and jacuzzi and well appointed kitchen. Seélisberg is difficult to access so a car is really necessary but very much worth getting 1/2 an hour from Lucerne and using it as a launching point to explore the area on foot, by funicular and ferry. A very enjoyable stay."

"Our family enjoyed staying on this mountainside cabin overlooking Lake Lucerne. Beautiful boat trip from downtown Lucerne to experience city life and nice to come back and wind down in quiet mountainside just below the summit of Mount Rigi. Host was very hospitable with lots of tips and recommendations for the local area."

"This property was so beautiful-from the views to the gardens and the whole neighborhood! Very clean with full amenities. We cooked full meals during our whole stay. The neighborhood is hilly and gorgeous - close to grocery and restaurants. We used the ferry service to Lucerne - so beautiful! Stephen was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!!"

"We had an overall lovely stay. The location is close to Lucerne, but car/bus not walking distance. Very spacious house, with 5.5 bedrooms (the 0.5 is one room with a bunk bed is attached to another one of the rooms) that could easily sleep 11 people - so it was very comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen was also fairly well stocked (including oils and spices), which made cooking some meals easy. There was a toilet with a known clogging problem, but no plunger in the house. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar, zahlreiche Wanderwege und ein toller Wald bieten für Grosse, Kleinere und Hunde ein wahres Paradies. Sofort wieder!
