Housekeeping and lobby staff were very friendly as well. As we tried to figure out the self-checkout kiosk, a staff walked up to ask if we need help, Nice! Location not bad but a bit tricky. Several bus stops nearby. 10 minute walk to MTR (subway) station is good but we had to walk past a couple blocks that got quiet at night, not a problem if you don't walk alone. We didn't need the airport shuttle service but nice to have."
