Das Ferienhaus ist super eingerichtet fast wie Zuhause. Das Häuschen ist modern eingerichtet. Wir haben das Ferienhaus für einen Familienzusammentreffen genutzt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr gut, die Schlafzimmer, Küche und auch das Wohnzimmer sind sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Bei Fragen oder Problemen, haben wir stets eine schnelle Antwort des Vermieters bekommen. Meine Schwägerin vergaß ihr Handy im Haus und es wurde sogar dafür gesorgt, dass dieses zu ihr nach Hause geschickt wurde! Aug 18, 2016 #### Leider nicht die Erwartungen getroffen Die renovierten Bereiche (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche unten) entsprachen erst mal genau dem, was wir erwartet hatten. Schnell wurde aber klar, warum das Bad zum Beispiel nicht in der Beschreibung abgebildet war. Es ist viel zu klein für die ausgelegte Personenanzahl und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Eine Dusche ist nicht vorhanden, stattdessen gibt es nur ein Segment einer Duschabtrennung auf der Badewanne. Dieses Segment ist viel zu klein, um ordentlich duschen zu können. Der Hocker im Bad auf dem der verrostete Mülleimer stand, war verschimmelt und voller Stockflecken. Der obere Bereich sieht aus, wie aus Sperrmüll-Möbeln zusammengestellt, sodass unsere Kinder dort nicht übernachten wollten. Die Couchgruppe oben ist dermaßen zerschlissen und stellenweise aufgerissen, dass man sich auf dieser nicht niederlassen möchte. In sämtlichen Lampen, die jeweils 3 Birnen besaßen, funktionierte immer nur eine Birne. Absichtliche Sparmaßnahme? Regelrecht unverschämt fand ich jedoch, dass man uns am Ende den Strom und das Wasser abgerechnet hatte, was vorher mit keiner Silbe erwähnt wurde. Wenn man die Strom-/ Wasserkosten schon abrechnet, sollte man dem Mieter wenigstens den Ist-Wert am Anfang der Vermietung offen legen. Dies ist aber nicht geschehen! Bis der leicht muffige 80er Jahre Flair aus der Wohnung verschwindet, bedarf es noch einiger Renovierungsarbeit. Meine Bitte: Nicht durch verschwiegene Strom-/ Wasserkosten den Mieter am Ende des Urlaubs verärgern. Und ein zerrissenes Kissen auf dem noch das Preisschild mit "2te Wahl" klebt, geht gar nicht! ##### Jörn W. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus. Die Grundausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Gerne kommen wir wieder auf Urlaub hierher. Als Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist perfekt.
