I don't even know where to start. We couldn't access the property via code on the front access door to the lofts. Had to wait 1hr+ to finally access that door, with numerous messages via the vrbo app, then when inside the loft door wouldn't open. After waiting and additional 15+min, we were able to get in the loft. The loft had no a/c, I tried contacting the host again via vrbo app for this issue as well. This time a girl contacted me saying she would work on the A/C which never happened! We couldn't take the heat in the loft anymore ( 100 degrees outside) and no one was answering the vrbo app. We also noticed while inside left over food in containers in the refrigerator. We made the decision to leave and find other accommodations. Whoever I spoke with on the vrbo-host app advised me that the building host was out mountain biking and couldn't help us! The unit was recently remodeled in a modern warehouse style. Everything is new except the brick walls. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is very comfortable, with dense memory foam. There is no carpeting and it was very clean. There is a little street noise but it is distant and not a problem. The windows look out at rooftops and power lines but there is plenty of light and it is completely private. ##### John A.
