Beautiful 1 bedroom dwelling in the Heart of Downtown Redding. Come enjoy this wonderfully designed space featuring all the amenities you would need including a portable hot plate, free coffee, a queen bed and a pull out sofa. This is a must stay for enjoying all Redding has to offer. Close to it all! You can even bring your dog with you. Less than a five minute walk to the Food Truck Park where the night life comes alive. Free first come first serve on site parking.

PARKING
Per city ordinance, we are required to collect license plate numbers for all vehicles and do so via a google form we send at the time of reservation. All parking in non-downtown locations is limited to 1 car per bedroom and must be off street.

OCCUPANCY
Per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom overnight, with a total cap of 16 adults on the property at any time. There is no cap on children.
All guests, including children, must be accounted for in your reservation.

PET POLICY
We absolutely LOVE animals and our pet-friendly properties are designed with pets in mind! For guests booking one of our pet-friendly properties or traveling with service animals, please note:

(While the ADA does not require disclosure of service animals, we GREATLY appreciate advance notice to help us prepare the property and plan accordingly for our cleaners.)

- Pet Approval: All dogs must be approved through management via booking site messages. (Does not apply to ADA service animals.)
- Pet Fee: $35/night per dog, up to 2 dogs. (Does not apply to ADA service animals.)
- No Unattended Pets: Pets may never be left unattended on the property. Unattended pets reported by neighbors, cameras, or staff will result in reservation cancellation without refund.
- Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed on furniture (couches, chairs, beds). If pet hair, stains, scratches are found, additional cleaning fees of at least $100 will apply.
- Damage & Messes: Pet owners must clean up all pet-related messes (food, hair, waste). Lint rollers and waste bags are provided at pet-friendly properties.
- Damage Reporting: Any damages must be reported immediately so we can address them together.
- Unapproved Pets: Unapproved pets incur a $75/night fee, added upon checkout or when reported by our cleaners.

SMOKING/VAPING
Our properties are *smoke-free* homes, first and foremost. Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstances.
- Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to the property.
- Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (including cigarette butts, leftover joints, marijuana scraps, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. This includes any remnants left in fire pits or other un-designated smoking areas.
- Indoor Smoking Penalty: If smoking is detected inside the property, a minimum fine of $250 will be applied, along with reimbursement for any revenue lost from blocked nights required for smoke removal.
- Smoke/Vape Detection: Please note that some of our properties are equipped with smoke and vape detection sensors integrated into the noise monitoring system. These devices alert us to potential violations, ensuring our smoke-free policy is upheld.
- Enforcement Process: Our cleaners report any signs of smoking immediately upon arrival, followed by a secondary inspection to confirm and document the issue. The incident is then reported to the booking platform without delay.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
All outdoor activities must move indoors at 10:00 PM.
Please turn off any outdoor string lights accessible to you during quiet hours.

Events and parties are strictly prohibited at ALL of our properties. This is our company policy, part of our local ordinance AND part of your booking sites policy.

We charge a $15 “management” fee with every reservation as part of our Private Damage Waiver program. This covers all guests for up to $500 worth of accidental damage

Perfect spot!

Came to Redding to visit with family. This space was delightfully decorated, super clean, and organized in a manner that was well thought out. Everything I needed in one spot. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, AND a sound machine-what a life saver for this white noise addicted sleeper. So many great restaurants close by, as well. Finally, the host provided all relevant info before I even asked for it. Very welcoming and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when visiting!!

Great Spot in Downtown Redding!

First impression was, the location is great, and even though it’s public parking, it was never an issue. We stayed from a Friday to Sunday. Redding is very hot, and as soon as we walked into the apartment, it was a nice cool temperature inside and extremely clean. All the pictures listed are spot on how it looks. We would absolutely recommend to anyone we know traveling up to Redding and we would definitely stay here again. Christie was always super responsive! Checking in and checking out was smooth!

great place for research

Great place for research like completing reviews of legal discovery or studying for exams because the trains coming through Redding will work as wake up if you nod off. I would not appreciate this location as much if there were more than one person staying here or if that person were in a height range of 5' 10" to 6' 6" because the bed is full size. Also if person were claustrophobic the toilet and shower situation may exacerbate phobic condition. Once a person figures out the doors for hallway, toilet and shower the situation may improve. For this person the host was very important during initial entrance to the space and provided insight into "super host" description. When I stay here again I would ask the host for the combination to the trash dumpster because it was the part where height specifications earlier mentioned might be beneficial as this person could not see the slit in the locked trash dumpster lid and it required lifting the full bag of trash to head level for deposit. Thank you to John who assisted this person with trash dump.

Urban Setting in DT Redding (Dog Friendly)

We were warmly greeted by Christine who allowed us to check in @4:30 (30 minutes early) after a 6 hour drive. Accommodations were comfortable and appointments were thoughtful. There was a dog bowl for water and for food. Dog hair rollers to support our clean-up work before departure. We asked for suggestions for dinner, we followed and enjoyed a nice meal of seafood in a popular DT Resturant. However, I feel there needs to some mention of the setting. This accommodation is not a residential neighborhood. Urban with County Courthouse directly crossed the street. Numerous trains in evening, after midnight and early morning. While we were safe, Streets were void of any walkers. We felt a little out of our comfort zone parking the car on street in this neighborhood.

Charming

Communication with the property manager was excellent. The one bedroom apartment was cozy. The linens were excellent: enough towels for our stay and the bed linens were so soft and cozy. Keep in mind that it's pretty close to the train that doesn't stop at night. It didn't wake me up but my partner wasn't sleeping as sound as I did.

Gem of a place!

This was such a nice apartment! So close to the downtown area and the food trucks! The apartment had everything we needed to stay for a couple of days. I would say that it’s perfect if don’t have a lot with you. There were four of us and we had been traveling for a week, so we had a lot of “stuff”. Also, just note that the train station is right there. Really, a gem of a place! Stay. You will love it!

DELIGHTFUL Downtown Dwelling

Great place to stay for three nights! I booked this last minute on a whim to celebrate my 50th birthday, and my son’s upcoming 17th birthday. My other son, who just turned 19, decided not to come with us, but if he had, that would have been birthday celebrations times three! I think we would have all three been cozy in this DELIGHTFUL Downtown Dwelling. With just two of us, I took the foldout and let my son have the bedroom. The slider door separating the two areas was perfect for privacy. I also liked the separate shower area away from the bathroom (toilet and sink). That worked out perfectly because we could each shower and then have room to get ready. This location was central to our activities, which included Lassen National Park, Burney Falls State Park, and Castle Crags State Park. We really liked the food at Corbett’s Restaurant/Cafe for lunch, and Kobe Steak and Seafood for dinner. We could have cooked in the cute little kitchen-which is well stocked with pots, pans, air-fryer, hot plate, etc. - but we stayed out too late at the recreation areas. I liked the little baskets for storing our snack foods, and I might try to incorporate that into my own kitchen! Overall, the dwelling had everything we needed! The smart TV is set up so that you can use your streaming services. We used Amazon Prime and Netflix. We watched Top Gun Maverick and The Lego Batman Movie. Even though we were near the railroad tracks, the passing trains weren’t too loud at all.
