This amazing property is located on The Bluffs at Coffee Mill Golf Course in Wabasha, MN and can accommodate 10 people. This home has an indoor heated, endless spa that can be used year round and overlooks the Mississippi River. Or get cozy by the fire, and enjoy the sprawling views from the comfy couch in the sunroom. Make a family meal and dine together in one of the two dining rooms, or sit in the family room where you can throw some logs on the fire, watch movies, or enjoy the view from the massive picture window! During the summer months, head down under the bridge and listen to the band on Friday nights! Don't forget to stop by Slippery's Restaurant, where the famous movie "Grumpy Old Men" was filmed. The public boat landing is just 5 minutes from the property, so bring your boat and head on over to Lake Pepin, where water skiing was invented! Tie the boat off at The Pickle Factory and enjoy a meal! Don't have a boat? You can rent kayaks! If the River isn't for you, there is so much more to do! Visit the Eagle Center, Lark Toys, The Chocolate Escape, head over to the winery in Alma, play golf, rent bikes, and so much more to explore! \*This home has security cameras outdoors at the entrances of the home. The host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The views from the large windows are absolutely amazing and were a highlight of our trip. We especially loved the heated floors in the porch, which were such a cozy and welcoming way to start the day. The large dining table was perfect for all eight of us to sit together and play cards, and the video games and pool provided great entertainment for everyone in our family. Also worth mentioning, the coffee maker was excellent and much appreciated.That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The mattresses were very firm, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Additionally, the kitchen could benefit from a few more utensils, pot holders, and a bit more organization to make cooking easier.Overall, this is a great place with fantastic amenities and views, and with a few small tweaks it could be even better. The property had everything and more we needed for a couples weekend. The owners were great- let us in early the day of our stay. The home had great AC keeping the home cool in the humid hot July temps we experienced. The pool was the perfect size for 2 kids to swim around in and the endless swim current made for fun floating around. The arcade games were perfext for all ages to play on. Even in the hot weather we loved going to the sun porch room to chat in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and dinner. We had family ages 6-70 and everyone really enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of space to be together but enough rooms to have some space too.
