"New property that was clean and quiet with great proximity to restaurants, shopping and OSU. Would definitely stay here again."

"My sister is handicapped and we were traveling together. They promised an accessible room; when we arrived they had given the room to someone else. They only have two and the other one was “out of order”. Then they attempted to charge me again for the not handicapped room. Thankfully, I had my Expedia receipt. Then they wanted my credit card so they could charge me for “incidentals”, but no. They don’t have any foot or drink in the room. The sink faucet leaked on cold. The coffee pot was dirty and the old coffee pack was still in it. We had to shove the door shut. They put us upstairs and down a long hallway, which was hard on my sister. I felt as if they were putting us there on purpose. Of course, I could be paranoid because they were so rude to us. We would not recommend and will never stay there again. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room and public areas were clean and they’re in the process of painting the hallways. The bed was nice and firm and we slept well. The shower and water pressure were great. The room had a couch that we used to watch tv. The bathroom shows a lot of wear, caulking, no toilet paper holder and general maintenance. But everything was clean. Breakfast was OK. "

"The staff at this hotel is wonderful- especially Ryan. Location provides plenty of peace and quiet- yet there is a Walmart Supercenter and Sonic really close by. Was very happy with my stay here. "

"The hotel pool and hot tub were unusable. The breakfast was ok but had to get there early because the attendant would pick things up about 15 to 20 minutes early every morning. We were there for 4 days and every day this happened. Families went with out breakfast if they came down in the last 15 minutes of the breakfast being open. I noticed a maintenance issue in my room and desk said they would take care of it and didn’t. Check out other places in the area."
