Once in 2017 and now again in 2023\. The location of the cabin is great and the space that it provides is great for families, but the cabin is in dire need of some updates. The carpet is stained and has not been replaced since our stay in 2017\. The upper bedroom ceiling fans do not work so during the day the upstairs is very hot and uncomfortable. The tv in the downstairs bedroom was only able to get one channel. We also noticed that it wasn’t cleaned very well. The pans had crusted food on them and the carpet didn’t seem to have been vacuumed well. Overall considering the cost of this cabin we would not stay again. ##### Andrea R. We skied in Red River & then enjoyed downtime in this beautiful cabin. My family loved the big TVs & fast internet. I loved how well appointed this cabin is (from trash bags, kitchen supplies, to bathroom supplies). The bedding was high end & felt great! The home was clean, very well stocked, and the kids really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The beds were comfy and plenty pillows & blankets were in every room. The homeowner helped us out with some local to-do’s and was very communicative with us. When we come back to Red River, we will definitely stay at this home again. A new pool table should be invested in with the amount of money people are paying to stay here also and the beds are very very uncomfortable. I received no emails or text messages on how to check in I kept having to call to get any information. It was a nice, clean, comfortable house and we had everything we needed. There is no trash pickup so we had to load our trash on our luggage to take it to a dumpster in town.
