This cozy Condo invites you to experience the perfect blend of comfort and style. This Condo is located in the center of town with walking distance to the Platinum Chairlift, the Red River and Brandenburg Park for town events. Location is key with convenience to shopping and restaurants. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and additional sleeping space on the landing, this unit is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable retreat in the heart of nature. As you enter, the guest bedroom with a Queen size bed welcomes you on the right side of the hallway, offering convenience and privacy. A full bath with a roll-in shower, compliments the guest bedroom, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is comfortable and well-appointed. The open floor plan, located at the head of the hall, showcases a newly renovated kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and butcher block countertops. The wood fireplace adds warmth to the atmosphere, creating a perfect setting for cozy evenings. The living room, thoughtfully arranged with ample seating and a TV, invites you to unwind after a day of mountain adventures. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, where a small balcony overlooks the outdoor pool and the breathtaking mountain landscape with views of the Platinum Chairlift. The Lifts West Complex has a very strict no pets policy. This property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans in each room for your comfort. Due to limited space, no trailers are allowed to be parked at this property. Parking is first come, first served with a limit of 1 space, however, for overflow parking, there is public parking available on the street and also just 1 block down in the Municipal parking lot on the corner of Jacks & Sixes and River Street. This Condo is located on the second floor of the Mountain Building. There is an elevator on the first floor. You can also access the Condo using the stairs. We supply a ration of firewood for your stay during the winter months. Additional firewood is located on the first floor near the pool in the woodshed during daytime hours. This unit is not managed by Lifts West. All questions and concerns must be sent directly to us at Red River Nightly Rentals. \*\*Torchlight Parade & Fireworks takes place on Saturday nights during ski season as well as certain holidays. Everything in Red River is within walking distance. I loved the condo was on the top floor. The decor in the condo is nice. Someone obviously has an eye for decor. I encourage the owners to invest money into this condo by purchasing new furniture. It really is a cute condo, but needs upgrades. Now for the disadvantages. First and foremost the condo was not clean. The sheets in one of the bedrooms had several hairs from someone else on it. One of the bunk beds upstairs had sheets that obviously had not been changed since the last person slept in it. Sheets wrinkle a specific way when they are slept on so I know they were dirty sheets. We had to find another set of sheets in the closet and make the beds up the first night of our stay. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them that I presume would not come out. There was hair from previous guests left in the bathtub and sink area. The upstairs bathtub had a plastic tub mat in the floor of it. Not wanting athlete's feet I removed the mat to find a dark brown stained tub underneath. The furniture throughout the house is dusty, old, and very tired. One of the kitchen table chairs had a broken support board. The sofa and chair in the living room were at least 30 years old and should have been relaced years ago. The stairs within the condo are VERY steep. I am not sure how they passed code. With a thorough cleaning and upgraded furniture this place would excel! ##### Toy P. We had a few teens with us, and they loved the loft area where they could hang out, while I was able to sleep in the downstairs room. It was very warm and easy to get to. You're in the middle of everything and right next to a nice brewery and restaurant. Firewood was available and we took advantage of that. All told, a great stay and we'd do it again. ##### Karl R.
