Excellent location - close to skiing, hiking, & restaurants/shops. 10 minutes from RLM Skiing 5 minutes from Downtown Red Lodge Less than 2 miles from Beartooth Scenic Byway Please do not order Amazon packages to the house, as Amazon delivery is unreliable in our area. Walmart is more reliable if you need something delivered, but the arrival of packages is sometimes delayed. Guests must climb stairs to enter the front door or garage door. Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house, garage, or on the deck or patio. We allow pets with a $100 per pet fee. Guests MUST use the provided pet blankets if pets will be on furniture. If pet blankets are not used over beds and couches, guests will be subject to additional cleaning fees. We have dog bowls and a dog bed. We ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from excessive noise/loud music. Please be especially mindful of noise between the hours of 8 pm- 8 am. We ask that guests park in the garage. The Red Lodge area is a Zone 2 dark sky area that has spectacular night sky/star viewing. Please turn off outside lights when not in use to avoid unnecessary neighborhood lighting, as stargazing is a popular activity among the neighbors and others in the community. Nearby Custer Gallatin National Forest is a Zone 1 dark sky area, which is an absolute black sky, making it some of the best star viewing in the country. Fireworks and snowmobiling are not allowed at any time on or around the property. Please park in the garage if possible. Please keep outdoor lights off when not in use. Do not leave any trash or food outside. Keep doors and windows shut/locked when not using. We frequently have wildlife around the house. Please read our sauna rules before entering the sauna. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to capitalize on the mountain views—boy did this rental nail it! This location was close enough to downtown that we were able to enjoy the city yet come home to a spacious yard and views. Beautiful home with spacious first floor and HUGE dining area for us all to eat. We loved the two porch decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunset on both sides of the house. Loved that there was a bathroom attached to nearly every bedroom and a great bunkroom for the kiddos!! Large garage to fit multiple vehicles. Only critique or feedback would be to have more dishes—specifically bowls. Other than that, it was great! The large en-suite bedrooms provided privacy while the kitchen/living/dining area provided a place for us to gather together to visit, eat, and play games. The kitchen was well-stocked which allowed us to easily cook and eat in the home rather than eating out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The ability to do laundry was a definite plus for the parents of a five-month-old. The host, Regan, was so helpful and friendly both prior to and during our stay. The location of the home provides amazing views from the front and back porches. We enjoyed watching the deer who passed through the neighborhood almost every morning. We also enjoyed walking up the road to the national forest campground and trailhead and driving up the canyon along West Fork Rock Creek to enjoy the amazing scenery. I gave the skiing five stars because the VRBO site requires me to rate the skiing; however, we did not actually ski as Red Lodge Mountain, which is just up the road from the property, was not yet open for the season. ##### Janet W. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and one infant. The place was very spacious and clean with significant garage space. Loved having laundry and also all the amenities including Sauna. The best part thought was how close this place is to both the town and the mountain. It took us like 10 min to be at the ski lodge. Ample space in the house for people. We loved hanging out in the living space. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Things we noticed and loved having - Laundry detergent, dish detergent, ample towels and kitchen dishes and utensils, garbage bags, kitchen appliances, furniture and bed space. All ten of us enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home nestled in a gorgeous valley with spectacular views. Great access to Beartooth Pass and the fun town of Red Lodge. The nights were so nice and quiet. We loved having our own bathroom plus one to spare. The ping pong table downstairs was a huge hit. We cooked all of our meals in the most perfect kitchen. I would highly recommend this property to those who appreciate staying in a clean and organized environment while respectfully maintaining its value for the future. Regan and Travis are super hosts! This well located brand new home was perfect for our group of 4 married couples in our late 50s. The 4 king suites gave us all private space and the home’s common areas were well laid out and spacious. Regan was outstanding to work with and made Check in and check out a breeze. Location was so convenient to everything and the views are wonderful! We had deer stroll by and a beautiful Moose!! We walked around the neighborhood, had coffee on the porch in the morning and dinner on the deck in the evening. Great area to hang out in the lower level as well. Home was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. Hosts were very responsive throughout the process. I would highly recommend for families or just a group of friends. It’s an ideal location, with direct access to Red Lodge Mountain (skiing). It also has a stunning view into the mountains, with spectacular sunrises. The great room/ kitchen was perfect for two families to relax at the end of a busy day. The rooms with en suite bathrooms were the right size and private.
