We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. House not fully as it seemed House was a bit more “DIY” than the pictures let on. The kitchen cabinets weren’t in great shape and some drawers didn’t open properly. Bathroom shower was pretty odd with outdated tub and not much room in the shower. But overall, it was a good place to stay for us.
