Tudo é bastante organizado e com muito zelo. A iluminação da área externa precisa ser reforçada, pois a noite é um tanto escura. Inicialmente falando do proprietário, Roberto Bitú, trata-se de uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa e disponível sempre que solicitei contato. Devendo ressaltar também a atenção do caseiro (Edson) em toda preparação do meu casamento antes, durante e pós evento. Estão todos de parabéns. A CASA é fantástica, com excelente distribuição interna, cômodos confortáveis e a SUÍTE PRINCIPAL é excelente. Local onde minha esposa passou o dia relaxando e se arrumando de forma muito confortável!!! A ÁREA EXTERNA é impressionante para eventos e lazer. Possui um projeto arquitetônico admirável, certamente foi atenciosamente planejada em cada detalhe, tanto na distribuição de ambietntes quanto na mobília e no paisagismo. (Parece casa de revista!) As cinco suítes são confortavelmente mobiliadas, e possuem roupas de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade, além de bons chuveiros, papel higiênico e alguns shampoos e sabonetes, úteis quando esquecemos alguma coisa de última hora. A suíte master é gigante, ocupa todo o pavimento superior, e tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego! A cama é king-size e extremamente confortável! Toda a casa possui, na área de lazer, confortáveis e luxuosos conjuntos de varanda, e de todos os lugares se tem vista para o mar e para a linda faixa de coqueiros. A cozinha é maravilhosa, com tudo que se precisa (muitos talheres, panelas de todo tipo, taças, copos, utensílios, fôrmas e refratários). Além de um ótimo fogão industrial, freezer e condimentos (temperos, pimenta, azeite, etc.) A piscina é linda. Grande, com parte para crianças e com um revestimento especial (pastilhas pequenas de porcelanato azul), criando um efeito interessante. A área em redor possui um lindo gramado e um apoio para churrasco, com muitas redes e sofás. Relaxar naquelas redes olhando o mar e o coqueiral é uma experiência única! A praia agrada a todos, já que o trecho em frente à casa é tem ondas bem fortes, boas para a prática de surf, mas andando uns passos ao norte, há uma área de corais, sem nenhuma onda. O local é bem tranquilo, reservado e sem muitas casas por perto, excelente pra descansar. No entanto é bem perto da zona sul de Recife, onde há vida noturna intensa. A Rota dos Coqueiros (nova estrada com pedágio que dá acesso à casa) é linda! Toda planejada, ajardinada e repleta de casas de altíssimo luxo. É coisa de primeiro mundo! É o local mais promissor do grande Recife, no momento. Além de tudo, é necessário ressaltar a extrema competência do caseiro, sr. Jailson. É muito atencioso e educado. Nos ajudou com churrasco, mostrou onde tinha tudo na casa e esteve sempre à disposição em qualquer momento. Tudo isso de forma reservada e discreta, sem invadir privacidades. A estadia foi excelente.
