The villa is perfect for those seeking privacy, comfort, and an unforgettable setting. Bright spaces, a panoramic terrace, and sea views make this villa ideal for families and groups of friends who want to experience Liguria in style. An elegant 19th-century villa nestled in an enchanting landscape with sea views, this splendid historic residence offers four spacious double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and luxury finishes. The property boasts a private heated pool, perfect for moments of pure relaxation. The interiors are tastefully furnished, maintaining the original period charm, while outside, a large panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views of the gulf. Dating back to the 19th century and surrounded by lush vegetation including over 200 olive trees, the private property enjoys a highly private and secluded atmosphere. It boasts a spectacular, large Genoese terracotta terrace, a large garden on the ground floor, and two terraces below, totaling 2,600 square meters. The outdoor pool is heated, so the temperature in winter may not be the same as in summer (about 4-5 degrees higher than the outside temperature). The pool measures 6.30 m long, 4.90 m wide, 1.40 m deep at the top and 1.60 m deep at the bottom. The villa is strategically located, a 5-6 minute walk from the sea and the town center, and a 6-7 minute walk from the train station. The villa, which is rented as a whole, is equipped with all modern comforts, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and kitchenware, perfect for preparing delicious dinners with family or friends, while the dining room and large living room offer comfortable spaces for relaxing. The property extends over three floors plus a turret offering 360° views of the gulf, with an interior surface area of ​​380 square meters. The floors are connected by a charming staircase with slate flooring and a wrought-iron handrail. The sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms (190x170 cm) on the first floor, one of which can be split into two single beds, and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (190x140 cm), each with air conditioning and its own bathroom. The fourth bedroom, also a double bedroom (190x160 cm), also air-conditioned and with its own bathroom, is located on the second floor adjacent to a wonderful living room of over 100 square meters, furnished with meticulous attention to detail, including a professional billiards table and if necessary an additional double sofa bed. The living room is NOT air-conditioned. Outside, the large garden, terrace, and a pleasant gazebo invite you to sunbathe or dine al fresco, thanks also to a stone BBQ, enjoying the sea breeze and an unforgettable view. Accessed through a rear entrance with a security door, the living area includes a dining room, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The entire living area opens onto a large Genoese terracotta terrace. The refined furnishings, choice of fabrics, and colors demonstrate the infinite attention paid to every detail, reflecting the colors of the sea. The parking lot is surrounded by large olive trees. "Villa degli Ulivi" welcomes you with a large entrance gate and is reached via a steep climb covered in fragrant vines. Surrounded by green olive trees, it has a large lawn located on the southern side of the house, cared for down to the smallest detail, with wonderful plants and flowers and a hot outdoor shower area.
