Indulge in the ultimate vacation experience at our contemporary 3-bedroom pool villa in Rawai. This stylish home features a sleek design, high-end amenities, and a serene outdoor oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, or relax on the sun loungers while enjoying the stunning views. The open-plan living area is perfect for spending quality time with loved ones, while the fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures.  
Explore the vibrant local scene with ease, as this villa is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of Phuket.  
  
RATE INCLUDES:  
\-Cleaning twice per week  
\-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden  
\-Drinking water and water fees included  
\-Towels and linens provided  
\-Fiber WiFi, cable TV, and safe  
RATE EXCLUDES:  
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit (normal average use is 200-300 baht per day. NOTE: Electricity cost still depends on the number of units used.)  
Crib and High Chair 1,900 baht per stay (by request)  
Extra Bed 1900 baht per stay (by request)  
BBQ Griller (By Request)  
HOUSE RULES :  
\-Security Deposit:  
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.  
\-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa (FINE: 20,000 BAHT)  
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:  
\-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am  
\-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht  
\-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht  
\-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.  
SERVICES :  
\- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition  
\- Providing airport transfer  
\- Tours and Activities  
\-Arranging massage at the villa  
\-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
