Room and staff were great! This said, the noise in the hallways was horrible, people returning after a night of drinking were screaming, banging on doors and just unruly. There should be staff supervising this as it happened each night of our 4 day stay. Location is far from the tourist area and the beach is absolutely disgusting. Once again, staff were wonderful and the room was clean and had everything we could need.

The room was clean and the pool was nice. The restaurant was also good. Please note that the reception is NOT 24/7 as indicated…I found myself in a difficult situation when I arrived due to my plane being late. Luckily a security guard was able to contact a housekeeper, who let me in. The hotel staff made up for the miscommunication with a restaurant voucher, so I was happy.

Expedia sold the hotel as a 5 stars its not. The hotel is okay the staff is really nice. The room was nice and big but no view and the pool way to cold to swim in and beach you can't swim it the there. If you are Muslim the hotel cater to you perfectly, if you are not and like bacon to your eggs in the mornings this is not the place to stay.

The room was nice and clean and the service was phenomenal. They were so kind and always willing to help out without even asking, but I did find a cigarette butt in the pool that stayed there the entire time that I was there. Also, I didn’t know how to lock the back door and no matter what I did it didn’t lock.

Absolutely stunning! Walking out of our room into a pool was a surreal experience. Staff was all very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Not through the hotel but there was even a longboat charter buisness we used to go to the BEAUTIFUL Coral Island. Food was very good but took a while to actually get after ordering. We ended up walking two minutes down the beach to Selinas to eat most of our meals.

We couldnt fault one thing about our stay. We will definitely be visiting and staying here next year. Lovely staff, complimentary shuttle bus to the beach, great dining and walksble to shopping and lical restaurants. Quiet beach front was a bonus.

My stay was ok the cleaning wasn’t very good. The sheets had a weird smell the property did not look how they presented on the website pictures but we made the best of it on our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
