La gentillesse du personnel , la femme de chambre passe le matin et l’après midi pour faire les chambres, la piscine ferme tard 22h Si on a un moyen de transport tout est à 20min Max nous sommes au milieu de toute les villes de phuket

Hotel propre belle piscine
À notre arrivée il voulait nous faire payer un supplément pour un lit supplémentaire alors que notre réservation indiquée bien 4 voyageurs mais tout est rentrée dans l ordre '. Pas de supplément à payer quand j ai dit que je contactais expedia RAS

Bel hotel, très bons services, mais au niveau de la situation c'est difficile de se déplacer, situé sur un grand axe, près d'une école, un peu bruyant donc.

Belle hôtel mais un petit peu laisser à l'abandon. L'eau de la piscine n'est pas changé et il nettoient jamais la salle de bains seulement le sol de la chambre.ils ne font pas les poussières no plus. Sinon bien en général personnel sympathique.

Hotel propret, situé près de chalong et de rawaï beach, dans une artère vivante de la ville. A mon sens un moyen de transport est indispensable pour visiter et profiter des alentours

Hôtel idéal pour un séjour plongée à Phuket. A 5min du port, quartier peu touristique par rapport à Patong, tranquille et toutes les commodités à quelques min à pied.

Agréable
L'hotel RaTaNa est situé à Chalong, près de la marina. La plage n'est pas proche mais vous pouvez louer un scooter pour 5€/jour dans l'hotel. Les environs ne sont pas très beau (notre chambre donnait sur un espèce de bidonville...d'autres chambres donnent sur la piscine). Cependant, pour le prix l'hotel est très bien: neuf et très propre, les chambres sont très belles et la piscine très agréable. l'hotel est au calme, avec un supermarché à proximité. Nous cherchions à éviter Patong, donc nous n'avons pas été déçu: hotel agréable, propre, calme, avec un personnel très serviable, à recommander!

Loved this property for the price & a one night stay ! It is a bit older, but so clean & well taken care of. It’s a 10 min walk to the main streets with bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Good deal for a decent hotel
Although the area is not necessarily the best, the hotel itself is quite nice and has everything you could need. The pool is clean and is a decent size with plenty of space to lounge. The rooms are definitely worth the price and the hotel seems to be a great deal overall! The beach is walkable but you cannot swim there. There are still some nice local places to eat along the water though. Bring cash. Most places do not take card.

Enjoyed the stay.
Beautiful place and had a very pleasant stay in the hotel itself. Staff were friendly and the bed was the comfiest bed I have seen in a hotel, possibly ever. After staying here for a few days I found the location not good at all. Unless you have transport and use the hotel as a base, or are going to one of the retreats in the nearby area. However the traffic never stopped and the roads were hectic. Fortunately there was no noise in the room. The facilities were really good, pool and gym, however the sauna didn't work during my stay. Not a huge deal with the temps in phuket, but worth mentioning.

建物の３Ｆの並びにプールがあって気軽に利用できて快適であった。 部屋のつくりも良く、一人で過ごすのにはちょうど良い広さだった。 レストランも風通しが良くて気持ちよかった。

Great hotel close to chalong circle
Great hotel close to chalong circle. Very friendly and helpfull staff, got the biggest smiles in here. Peaceful and clean. Many restaurants nearby and lots to see, Big Buddha, Wat Chalong etc.. easy to go to different beaches, close to everything.

Siisti, kiva hotelli. Sijainniltaan ison tien varressa jossa vielä suuri tietyö, ei kävelykatuja suoraan hotellilta. Aamupala ok, huone ok, ilmastointi hyvä, sänky kova. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia.

Zimmer ok aber viele abstriche drumherum
Einchecken hat gut geklappt,Zimmer und Sauberkeit war auch ok. ZU den Abstrichen:Die Lüftung der Klimaanlage auf balkon wurde so angebracht,das die heisse Luft genau dahin geblasen hat wo man sitzt. W-lan teilweise ausgefallen und wartungsarbeiten ein Stockwerk höher wurden in der nacht ausgeführt. Grosse Baustelle vor dem Hotel(strasse) die man nicht hört aber den verkehr chaotsch gestaltet. Getränke musste man am pool vom 3 stock zur rezeption fahren,dort stand ein kühlschrank

If you want a roof over your head and nothing else then this is the place for you. We were the only guests in this large hotel, it was like a ghost town. No restaurant in the hotel as it was shut down, no breakfast or food at all. Had to walk through deserted restaurant to try to the pool. Location was bad, just off a dual carriage way with road works. They don't rent out motorbikes. The views are not good. Don't be fooled by the photos. For the price it is not good.

nice hotel but the down side is on a main road and close to a school,, but the real problem was the internet so bad some days no internet at all, yet visiting bars and restaurants they seem to have no problem with the internet, and in this day and age its a real downside to a holiday

Sauber und günstig. Schöne, grosse Zimmer. Flat screen TV geeignet als 2. Bildschirm zum effizienten Arbeiten. Sehr freundlicher Staff. Lage nicht super, aber mit Moped kein Problem.

Ihan mukava hotelli. Paikkana chalongissa ei ole oikein mitään, joten en voi sen takia suositella hotellia. Mikäli tänne majoitut on ainoa pelastuksesi skootteri.

The stay it self was ok considering you are in Phuket, however i never would recomend this hotel to somebody, whatever you want to do will cost you money, you come in and they ask for money, they didn't cleaned once, and on the check out you ask to call them a taxi, and it will cost you 1/3 more than regular price, they are not polite at all, and will not call a normal cab company anyway, they answered''go and look for yourself on the road, while you are packed with suitcases and a kid, you got to be kidding me never again.

Albergo carino ma lontano dal mare
L'albergo è carino, personale gentile, molto pulito e dotato di confort, ma è lontano dalla spiaggia. I locali più vicini sono nightclub di bassa categoria e per fare due passi tra meracatini e bancarelle di cibo bisogna spostarsi di almeno 6km in tuc tuc o taxi con costi più o meno elevati.
