Ban Chang Villa offers a comfortable stay during your holiday in Phuket. It provides two air-conditioned rooms, a spacious living room with entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen, private 9-meter long swimming pool, sun deck, and a tropical garden. Feel at home with all of the amenities to enjoy by everyone.   
  
With only a few minutes drive to the beach, Ban Chang is a place that beach-goers will surely love.  
  
RATE INCLUDES:  
\-Cleaning twice per week  
\-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden  
\-Drinking water and water fees included  
\-Towels and linens provided  
\-Fiber WiFi, cable TV, and safe  
  
RATE EXCLUDES:  
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit  
Crib and High Chair 1,900 baht per stay (by request)  
Extra Bed 1900 baht per stay (by request)  
BBQ Griller (By Request)  
  
HOUSE RULES :  
\-Security Deposit:  
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.  
\-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa (FINE: 20,000 BAHT)  
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:  
\-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am  
\-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht  
\-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht  
\-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
