« Wir verbrachten ein langes Wochenende im Marriott Lampung, um Jakarta zu entkommen - leider wurden unsere Erwartungen enttäuscht. Das Hotel richtet sich klar an indonesische Familien mit kleinen Kindern: viele Kinderaktivitäten, hoher Lärmpegel, keine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Restaurantsituation ist unbefriedigend: Das kleine Strandrestaurant Way Manom bietet nur begrenzte indonesische Küche und ist nur zu den Hauptessenszeiten geöffnet. Mittags bleibt das Hauptrestaurant geschlossen, abends gibt...

« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...
