Located in a small settlement near Labin in western Istria, Villa Vlacich is an oasis of peace with a sea view, offering a comfortable retreat for up to eight guests. In a completely tranquil location with no neighbors, it is ideal for a private holiday. It is particularly appealing due to its rustic appearance, with wooden and stone features typical of Istria.On the ground floor of this 250m² villa, you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with an LED TV and PlayStation, and next to it, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom and one shared bathroom.On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and an additional bathroom in the hallway. In a separate building for maximum privacy and relaxation, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony. The bathrooms include a bathtub and shower, and each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV.In the 1,000m² yard, there is a 36m² heated saltwater pool, a children's playground, a barbecue, a covered outdoor dining area, a garage, and four parking spaces.The villa also has an auxiliary building with billiards, table football, and a massage chair for relaxation.
