Unit Layout  
The property is a 3-room semi-detached house spanning 80 square meters across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a dining room equipped with satellite TV, a flat-screen television, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one room with two beds (80 cm wide, 200 cm long) and air conditioning, and another room with three beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long) and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a second shower/WC on the upper floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. Air conditioning is provided throughout the house, including in the dining room and bedrooms. A washing machine is available for your laundry needs, and there is a barbecue area for outdoor grilling. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, making meal clean-up a breeze. Pets are allowed on the premises, accommodating up to one pet/dog. Satellite TV is available in the dining room for your entertainment. The bathrooms feature Jacuzzi bathtubs for a luxurious bathing experience. Microwave and television are also provided for your convenience.
