Property Summary  
Villa Mirela is a stunning semi-detached house located in the tranquil hamlet of Trgetari, just 15 km from Rabac and 10 km from Labin, in Pazin, Croatia. This vacation rental offers a serene countryside setting, yet it's conveniently situated only 1.5 km from the center of Trget and 1 km from the sea and beaches. The villa boasts a private angular swimming pool (11 x 4 m, 48 m2, depth 140 cm) with an internal staircase, available seasonally from June 1st to September 14th. Guests can enjoy a shared fenced property of 1,800 m2, complete with a beautiful garden and lawn area. The property also features internet wifi, a washing machine, and ample parking spaces on the premises.

The villa offers a true outdoor haven with its shared property spanning 1,800 m2, fenced for privacy and including a lush garden with a well-manicured lawn. Guests can relish al fresco dining experiences with the provided barbecue facilities and an outdoor shower for refreshing moments under the Croatian sun.

Unit Layout  
The vacation property is a 4-room semi-detached house with a total area of 110 square meters, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), DVD player, and air conditioning. There's also an open kitchen with modern amenities like four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. Additionally, there's a shower room with a bidet and toilet on this level. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as another bedroom with a single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. There's also another shower room with a toilet on the upper floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a microwave, and a regular television. The maximum capacity of the property is 5 guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms available.
