Property Summary  
Forest Fairy is a modern single-family house located in the hamlet of Sv.Bartul, 3 km from the center of Labin and 8 km from the sea. The property boasts a private garden spanning 1,300 m2, complete with a lawn, a wildlife garden, and an angular swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) with an internal staircase, available seasonally from April 27 to September 28. Additionally, it offers amenities such as an outdoor shower, garden furniture, a barbecue area, Internet Wifi, and parking facilities for two cars.  
  
Outdoors  
The property features a spacious outdoor area, including a garden with a lawn and a wildlife garden, perfect for enjoying nature. The highlight is the angular swimming pool, measuring 7 x 4 m with a depth of 140 cm, equipped with an internal staircase for easy access. Guests can relax on the garden furniture, fire up the barbecue, or rinse off in the outdoor shower, providing a delightful vacation rental experience.

The house is conveniently located within a cul-de-sac, ensuring privacy and tranquility. It offers amenities such as internet access and a washing machine. While the property is situated 50 meters away from an unmade road, motor access to the house is available.

The property is situated 3 km from the center of Labin and 8 km from the nearest pebble beach. Nearby attractions include tennis courts 8 km away, walking paths starting from the house at a distance of 100 m, and a cycle lane 150 m away. Additionally, shops and restaurants are located within a 3 km radius, providing easy access to essential amenities and dining options. Pazin, Croatia, is also a nearby destination worth exploring.

Unit Layout  
The unit is a spacious 4-room house with an area of 90 square meters. It features a beautifully furnished living and dining room area equipped with an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV with a flat-screen display. The living area opens up to a terrace, providing seamless indoor-outdoor living. There are three bedrooms, one with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and two additional rooms, each containing a French bed of the same dimensions. The unit also includes an open kitchen, complete with essential appliances such as four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The unit is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. It is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort during warmer seasons. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs. Outdoor enjoyment is facilitated by a barbecue area. The unit also features a dishwasher, making meal clean-up a breeze. The open-hearth fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the living space. Satellite TV is available for entertainment, and heat is provided for colder periods. Additional amenities include a microwave and a television, ensuring you have all the modern conveniences you require.
