Villa Camellia, a beautiful single-family house with 3 storeys, offers a private and tranquil vacation rental experience. Situated in a sunny and elevated position in Trget, 1.1 km from the town center, this property boasts a 700 m2 fenced private area with a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available from April 5th to October 12th) featuring an internal staircase. Enjoy the convenience of outdoor amenities such as a shower, terrace (13 m2), barbecue area, and pool maintenance services provided by the owner/gardener. Additionally, the house offers internet access, a washing machine, and parking on the premises.

Embrace the idyllic outdoor setting at Villa Camellia, where you can relax and unwind in your private sanctuary. Step outside and bask in the sun on the 13 m2 terrace, perfect for alfresco dining or simply savoring the peaceful atmosphere. Fire up the barbecue and indulge in delicious grilled meals, creating cherished memories with your loved ones. The seasonal swimming pool, available from April 5th to October 12th, offers a refreshing escape from the warm Pazin, Croatia climate, complete with an internal staircase for easy access.

Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups for this property. Additionally, there is an airfield located 55 km away from Villa Camellia, which may be of interest for those seeking aviation-related activities during their holiday rental stay.

You will be staying in a beautifully furnished 4-room house spanning across 3 levels, with a total area of 105 square meters. The living/dining room is equipped with a TV, satellite TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the same level.  
  
On the upper floor, you'll find a room with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a balcony. Another room on this level features a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.  
  
The top floor boasts a room with sloping ceilings, a rooflight, 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

During your vacation, you can enjoy the following amenities: air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, satellite TV, heat available, and television. The property can accommodate a maximum capacity of 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The house is equipped with electric heating, and you can relax on the 4 square meter balcony with terrace and balcony furniture, including a portable barbecue and deck chairs.
