Our home is situated in a covenant-controlled community on a beautiful golf course (Golf Club at Red Rocks (public golf course - contact the golf course for play availability)). Getting Around With a spacious three-car garage, parking is simple and secure. There is no street parking allowed at any time. The home's location provides easy access to the region's top destinations: Mount Rushmore: 30 minutes Badlands National Park / Wall Drug: 60 minutes Sheridan Lake: 20 minutes Downtown Rapid City: 13 minutes You will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, including the three-car garage, back patio, and yard. Our locally owned and managed home ensures you receive personal attention and timely responses, making your stay seamless and memorable. Step into an open and inviting entryway that leads to a modern kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and bakeware for your favorite meals. You'll find a toaster and a Keurig coffee maker, complete with an initial supply of K-cups, tea, creamer, and sugar. A sliding glass door opens to the patio, where you can grill or relax with a view of the golf course and the Black Hills. Unwind in one of two spacious living areas. The upper-level living room features a comfortable sectional with powered recliners and a 65-inch HDTV able to stream using one of your accounts, perfect for movie nights. The lower-level family room offers another large TV and a collection of board games like Ticket to Ride and Monopoly for everyone's enjoyment. This home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upper level includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and the master suite, which boasts a TV, a large walk-in closet with a crib, and an en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled shower and double vanity. Off the master, a bonus room awaits with a sofa bed, exercise bike, foosball, and air hockey. The lower level has two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. Traveling with little ones? We provide a high chair (upon request), pack 'n play(upon request), a crib, children's books, board games and foosball table to make your family's stay easier. For those needing to connect with the home office, we provide high-speed 1GB+ WiFi to ensure a clear and uninterrupted connection. The home also includes a finished laundry room for your convenience. House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that you observe the following rules: Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parking: No street parking is allowed at any time. Please use the driveway and three-car garage. No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals are permitted on the property, inside or out. Violators will be financially responsible for all required post-stay allergen sanitization. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home or anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be charged if evidence of smoking is found. No Parties: Parties or large gatherings are not permitted on the premises. Eating Areas: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio dining areas. It’s very centrally located to be able to access every ride and destination that we had the home was very clean and very comfortable. The three car garage was a plus it fit two cars and three motorcycles and our truck and trailer was parked in the front also, very nice would definitely stay again ##### Shandell A. Close to relatives that live close by. Neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. Lots of rooms to spread out or be together. Kids loved the game room. Very well organized with information on where everything we needed. Easy access to the Black Hills. Place was beautiful! ##### Susan T.
