All your streaming and electronics are supported by 1GB Internet along with two Smart TV's. Locally owned and managed by Rapid City residents! Local residents who are available to address any issues within 20 minutes. Our home is located in a quiet, well-established subdivision north of I-90, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. If you're looking for outdoor recreation, a large neighborhood park is just a 3-minute drive away. You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked closets used for owner storage. Enjoy the convenience of a free private residential garage with parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus additional street and driveway parking. Quiet split-level home in a well-established subdivision that has a main level with LVP flooring throughout the living, kitchen & dining areas. The kitchen, loaded with stainless steel appliances, is adjacent to the dining room with beautiful French doors leading out to the paved patio and patio furniture and a propane grill (seasonally dependent). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to make your standard meals and boasts a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda. There are new, comfortable beds in each sleeping room . The home splits to the upper level including the master bedroom (office desk/chair and exercise bike), second bedroom and a fully updated bathroom. The lower level has a 3rd bedroom, bathroom/laundry combination & a large living room with 2 bunk beds. A HUGE bonus - a 4th bedroom/game room/living room in the finished lower level has a 65” TV, foosball table and another set of bunk beds - plenty of sleeping options! The spacious backyard includes a privacy fence. Enjoy the spacious backyard while cooking on grill provided. Large outdoor neighborhood park is a 3 minute drive away. In addition, I felt it was odd that the gardener arrived unannounced and started mowing the lawn, introduced himself to one of the members in our group as the homeowner and completed one of the worst grass cutting jobs ever performed, only to receive a direct text about 30-45 minutes later advising me that the gardener was going to cut the lawn. Not sure if this is coincidence, or a way to make sure we are following the plethora of rules. Overall the stay was satisfactory, location was great, but would have had it enjoyed it more if we had more privacy. ##### John G. We each had a separate bedroom and two baths to share. We stayed here two nights to visit the sites in the area. The instructions and access into the house were very helpful and clear. Having a garage was great. The house was very comfortable. The patio nice to sit on. The kitchen was furnished for us to do a little cooking. The individual split systems for each room were wonderful. The kitchen had coffee and tea and coffeepot and crock pot. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets and bathroom supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk. The hosts checked in with us to make sure all was well and to see if we needed anything. Communication was great. We highly recommend this place. ##### Denise S. Very safe neighborhood and very clean house; hands down one of the best places I have rented. There were 10 of us total (7 adults and 3 kids) and there was plenty of space for us all. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. Plenty of hot water (even with all of the showers and laundry we did!). Plenty of extra blankets and towels as well. Had full use of the 2 car garage. The kids loved the air hockey and Foosball table. We loved the big kitchen table for all of us to have meals together, and the kitchen had all the needed items. Also, the grill was nice to use one night for dinner. Awesome location- within an hour from all the national parks. The host was very responsive and even came over the first night to help with an issue. The downstairs bunk area is open to the rest of the house, but we knew that ahead of time from prior reviews and we were all up early/ stayed up late so it didnt really bother us or the kids. Easy to access to highways, town, restaurants, and shopping while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly as described and pictured. We loved all of the space! And we appreciated how clean everything was. Info about our car's make, model, and plate # was required before being given instructions on accessing the (wonderful) house. When I texted Anne Marie that we'd have a rental car and I didn't know its info yet, she was completely flexible. She provided the access information up front, then I texted her the rental car's info as soon as we'd picked it up. Anne Marie was available by text whenever I had any questions. ("How does the garage opener work?" "Is there a bath mat?") And she left a lovely note with recommendations of the specific kinds of sights I'd asked about. The recommendations were spot on! We enjoyed our stay and recommend these hosts and this property to anyone visiting the area. ##### J. S. Great base location to tour the Blacks Hills and surrounding South Dakota attractions! The host's communication was awesome and timely. No issues at all checking in or understanding house rules / expectations. The host were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our comfort along with the house having plenty of extra amenities. We had a party of 11 (3 couples - 2 Adults, 4 Seniors - plus 1 teen, 4 children) and the sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for us. Each couple took one of the three main bedrooms with the kids utilize the bunkbeds in the extra room (3 twins & 1 full). Note - the extra room (bunkbeds) has no door to the main living area so it is consider "open" however this wasn't an issue for us as we just went to our separate rooms for the kids bedtime or have the possibility of hanging outside on the patio. The downstairs family room was a hit with the kids for hours of fun on the foosball & air hockey tables along with other board games provided & TV. The fridge was larger than expected which helped as we enjoy cooking & eating dinners together as a family which was easy with the well supplied kitchen. We loved the outdoor back yard patio set up with the grill. The garage was spacious and could easily fit two Ford Expeditions (or that equivalent). Highly recommend the hosts & this location for your next South Dakota trip and we will definitely book this location again next time we are in the area. ##### Zac W.
