It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥We are right across the street from Canyon Lake Park which offers playgrounds, fishing, horse-shoe pits, and more. ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Off street parking ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wifi What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥There is some potential for traffic noise. The house is located on a fairly busy street. The traffic is much lighter during the evening/night and isn't very noticeable while in the house. Our home sleeps eights guests with three queen beds and one double/full sized sofa sleeper. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest and extra blankets and pillows. Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Other details to note: \-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time. \-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. \- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. \-We are dog friendly (limit of 2) but we do not allow any other types of pets. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. \- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. \- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. \- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. \- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. \- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. \- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. My two teen boys were able to play ping pong, pac-man, and connect their gaming devices to the tv. They have never been in a basement because of where we live and loved the full experience. They almost didn't want to leave the home and go do tourist things. Cousins came over to play and it was very accommodating. The property had every little detail for our needs, even things I didn't think of. The host was very informative and responsive. You can tell the property is loved and cared for by the thoughtful details in each area. I hope to book this again the next time we come visit family in SD. The price was very reasonable so a family can afford it. Most other places were way overpriced. One day we came home and their was a deer laying in front of the house! The owners clearly spent considerable effort making this house feel welcoming and functional, and their communication was top-notch. There's a lovely park right across the street, and we had an easy time getting to both the Badlands and Mt. Rushmore. My kids also loved the ping pong table in the basement, and we all enjoyed the cozy living space just off the kitchen for food and games. ##### David G. Central location - 20 minutes to an hour from everything; Custer State Park, the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, etc. Devil's Tower is about a 2 hour drive, but worth it. We would stay again! My family of four stayed here for a week. This is a great location - not too far from groceries, restaurants, the National Parks, etc. Very easy check in process and communication with Adam. Directly across the street from the lake and park!! The backyard is fully fenced which was perfect for my pups…wish the grass had been mowed though…pretty overgrown in the front and back. Ping pong table and separate game room were really cool to relax with family. Beds a tad stiff for my personal taste, but does not detract from the appeal of the house.
