As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for several of our employees. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.

Quiet Hours: after 10 pm until 7am.

General Damages: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers.

Other: No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties: Are not allowed unless given written permission. If guests are found to have had a party without permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Dog Friendly: Dog friendly! Dog fees apply. *We allow up to two dogs only. Pet fee applicable. There is a one-time pet fee of $75. No cats. Please message me for details. *

We needed a change of plans and the host was super accommodating. We were able to book last minute and the location was good. House was clean and well stocked, and they were VERY responsive to our booking needs. The fenced backyard for the pup was a plus. Would definitely stay again!!!

Excellent style and comfort

Nate and Jackie have the best properties in the hills! All of their places are clean, fresh, and impeccably designed to feel welcoming. As a country girl, the only constructive criticism I have to offer on this property is the close proximity to the highway. Short term guests would likely be unaffected by community traffic patterns. It is a cute and comfortable place in a great part of town!

Very Nice!

Very nice and clean! Exactly like the pictures. It was well stocked with extras like coffee, spices, etc which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The house was exactly as advertised! It was very clean and in a great location. We brought our dog so the fenced backyard was wonderful. The house is across the street from a golf course and park with lots of trails. Our Zelda loved it! All of the wonderful attractions around Rapid City were close…none over an hour drive. A really beautiful area. It was a very easy check in and out, just a pleasure to stay in this home.

Great launch pad for Black Hills

Nice 3BR 2BA house to base Black Hills trip from- we (me, wife, 2 teenage boys) were gone to see the sights every day, but perfect place to unwind and hang out together at night. Host texted before we arrived w instructions and checked back in a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Couple miles from Main Street area in Rapid City and across from a golf course, we really liked the location. Would stay here again.....

Comfortable stay

Nice house on a multi-lane road that was surpisingly quiet. Had no trouble backing in to the drive at anytime. House was clean, warm, and comfortable. Cooking utensils, pota and pans in good shape. Good shower heads, and very comfortable(firm) beds. Niced fenced in yard and a park just a short walk away. We were very happy with the property and would stay there again

Perfect for family.

Clean and well kept, this property was perfect in size and location for our family. Dog friendly, and close (minutes) to the S.D. National Guard base where our sons girlfriend was going through OCS. Also, close to (again, minutes) shopping, restaurants and bars. Only problem we had was the AC unit froze over twice in the high heat/humidity. Fortunately, we knew how to handle this and slept cool and comfortably. Had constant and near instant communication with the owner, and HVAC people came to look at the unit the same day. Would go here again.

Bucket List Vacation

My husband and I and his brother and his wife made the decision to hit up some of our bucket list vacation ideas. We all wanted to see Mount Rushmore - and this house was in the perfect location to do all of our sight seeing. We loved the house especially the fact that there was an outdoor space for use to sit and enjoy the days end outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, enjoyed the individual televisions in each room, the kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs for cooking and the neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. We would come back to this property again if we are in the area. The host did respond to any of our needs timely as we had a couple of questions regarding the house.
