Detached house on its own spacious grounds with parking and outdoor seating directly opposite the apartment complex "Alte Molkerei". Individually usable in each of the two apartments Kontor and herb chamber or on the corridor connecting door as whole house unit. For each apartment we have created a cozy open space with seating, parasol and barbecue in consuming newly planted garden. Sunbeds in the garden complete the offer. A small pond with water feature is located in the garden. Comfortable and cozy apartment in the attic: about 56 m², 2 to 4 beds, no interference from the slanted roof because the roof is built very steep. An idyllic patch of silence and seclusion on the island of Usedom is the peninsula of Lieper Winkel with its villages. A paradise for young and young at heart families, anglers, hikers, bicycle tourists, and relaxation on Usedom. The scenic area between the river Peene and backwaters is dominated by arable land, meadows, pine forests, on the banks of large reed beds and wildlife and fish. The Lieper angle is reached by a major transport links which is partially designed as an avenue. The place Liepe as namesake this hidden places located in the center of the peninsula. Some contemplative swimming holes, for those who love tranquility, located within a radius of 2-3 km. Restaurants and two small shops are located in the neighboring villages. Es gibt fast alles, was man in einer Wohnung braucht. Fahrräder gibt es kostenlos. Jedoch benötigt man, jeden Tag eine neue Karte für die Freischaltung der Räder. Top Brötchen Service. WLAN ist kostenlos, jedoch nach einer Woche benötigt man einen neuen Zugangscode. Diesen Code, und auch die Karten für die Fahrräder, kann man sich mit den Brötchen "liefern" lassen. Für Familien die Badeurlaub machen sind die Wege zu den Seebädern recht weit und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur in einiger Entfernung zu erreichen (ca 20 min mit dem Auto). In der Wohnung fehlte ein Wäschetrockner um Badesachen aufzuhängen und auch ein Staubsauger wäre wünschenswert. Wir (2 erwachsene Person und ein fünfjähriges Kind) waren 10 Tage hier und sind in den 10 Tagen ca 450 km mit dem Auto gefahren um zu Attraktionen, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu gelangen. Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft zum Wandern und Radfahren sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. ##### Diego E.
