« This is a very nice property that's nicely appointed with modern amenities. It's open and airy with a large window in the living area which is nice for natural lighting. The television has surround sound which presented a slight issue for me, but I contacted the owner and he immediately responded to resolve my issue. « The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature. »

« My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year! »

« We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken. »

« Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, von welcher man mit dem Bus aus in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Manhattan ist. Der check-in funktioniert easy über eine Schlüsselbox. Das Einzige, was uns gestört ja ist, dass die Betten leider wahnsinnig gequietscht haben, weshalb man kaum durchschlafen konnte - hier müssten einfach einmal neue Betten her und dann ist alles top :-) »

« Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. « The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

« Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans un loft très spacieux pour quatre adultes, bien équipé avec un décors soigné. La réactivité du propriétaire à nos requêtes ainsi que sa gentillesse ont été beaucoup appréciées. "Très bel hôtel et très bien situé,chambre spacieuse (29m2 ) et confortable.Un grand merci à Monica à la réception qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée.Seul petit bémol le matin du Check out,une fois la chambre rendue et bien que nos valises nous attendaient à l’hôtel nous nous sommes vus refuser l’accès par l’entrée secondaire car nos cartes n’étaient plus actives donc nous n’étions plus clients aux yeux du manager de l’hôtel alors que nous y avions passé 3 nuits ,le manager a refusé de nous ouvrir la porte et nous a demandé de manière peu courtoise de faire le tour du bloc pour passer par l’entrée principale…bien dommage de ne pas considérer ses clients jusqu’à leur départ effectif."
